The outer nylon shell is waterproof, while the polar fleece lining is perfect for staying cozy and warm in the dead of winter (T.W.I.N is Canadian so they know what they’re talking about). This utilitarian cropped puffer jacket is made from deadstock materials. It has a boxy cut with three large puffer sections, elasticated hidden cuffs and hem, side zipper pockets, and inner pockets.
