Refund policy

We aim to provide a pleasurable and stress free shopping experience. Our return and refund policy provides plenty of time and flexibility to ensure you are a satisfied + happy customer. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS have a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, from the date you receive your order to return to Dune + Salt for full refund or store credit.

SALE ITEMS  have a 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, from the date you receive your order to return to Dune + Salt for full refund or store credit.

FINAL SALE (all products that are marked as FINAL SALE) will only be able to be exchanged or returned for store credit. If the exchanged item doesn’t amount to original value, the remainder will be issued as store credit.

Postage for Returns are to be paid for by the customer unless there was an error on your order from our side. In the event of a mistake on your order, please contact us for a Return Label.

We do not take orders over the phone. All orders are processed through our website or in store. If you need help placing an order, please contact logan@duneandsalt.com.

Returns received "within reason" outside of the specified '14 Day Sale Price' or '30 Day Full Price' Return Window will be refunded to a gift card that will be emailed or printed for the customer. Gift cards do not expire and are linked to the purchasing account in case they are lost.

Please place a note in the package with Order Number and Name. Postage for returns is to be paid by the customer, unless we made an error on your order. In that case, we will email you return postage so that we can correct any issues you may have had.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags attached.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want when ordering online, is to place a new order to secure the new item and return the item you're exchanging as quickly as possible. Once the return is accepted, we will refund the original order the same day it is received. We cannot hold items in exchange as they may sell online or in store, "ON HOLD AIN'T SOLD"

REFUNDS  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
