They work traditionally and specialize in shirt making. Hartford typically takes care of all the supply of materials and accessories and they focus on crafting the perfect shirts. This process guarantees a very reasonable and responsible production: even Hartford’s surplus and scrap fabrics are up-cycled, sometimes to make boxer shorts or tote bags. This family factory, which today employs nearly 300 people, is regularly audited for compliance with the ICS code of conduct.
