  • “The best for you, the best for your friends” Designed and made in sometimes sunny California by various artists. MonoStereo was created by COLBY BLACK, who worked as a merchandising manager and executive director at a major USA apparel company for 17 years before becoming chief product officer at a major outdoor retail company. Monostereo started as a solo project in 2022 based in Malibu, a beach city in Southern California, USA.
  • Locals living in Malibu, known for its wealthy beach area, brought back the surf and skate culture of California in the 1970s and 80s, such as wealthy yet baggy plaid check shirts, worn-out cut and sewn jeans, and denim. Inspired by the lifestyle of living in a hippie style that is reminiscent of the collection, the collection is designed with the theme of “rich hippie”.
  • They only use high-quality fabrics from fabric stores that have many maison brands as customers. You can enjoy high-quality comfort while being casual. All products are manufactured in USA.
